To receive a refund for any item, the purchaser must return the item (postmarked) within 21 days of the purchase date, with a copy of the order confirmation (emailed to you when the purchase was completed) included with the book. If an item has been damaged by the buyer, including if the buyer has written in the book, no refund is available. The purchase price of the book (and tax) is refundable. Shipping and return-shipping costs are not. Returns must be mailed to the address on this website's footer. If the buyer applied a discount code at checkout (like $10 off), the refund amount for this book will be the list price minus the discounted amount (Ex: $19.99 - $10.00 = $9.99 refunded). If the purchaser received access to the online materials with the purchase of the book, the access will be cancelled if the book is refunded.
