Books:  If the purchase of a book comes with an access code to enroll in the online materials, no refunds are available for any book once the buyer has enrolled in the online materials. If a buyer has not enrolled in the online materials, the buyer must return the book within 21 days of the purchase date. When returning the book, the buyer must include (1) a copy of the order confirmation (emailed to you when the purchase was completed), and (2) the access code the buyer received to enroll in the online materials. If the buyer does not provide the unused access code, or if our records show the access code has been used, no refund will be given. The purchase price of the book (and tax) is refundable. Return-shipping costs are not. If the buyer purchased a book, or books, using a coupon code, the buyer will be refunded the list price of the returned book(s), minus the amount of the coupon.

Online Materials: If the buyer received access to the online materials with the purchase of the book, the access will be cancelled if the book is refunded. If the buyer purchased the online materials separately, the buyer must email (accounts@armouracademic.com) to cancel the online materials and request a refund. To receive a refund, the buyer must request the refund within 14 days of purchasing the online materials.
