Books:  To receive a refund for any book, the buyer must return the item (postmarked) within 21 days of the purchase date, with a copy of the order confirmation (emailed to you when the purchase was completed) included with the book. If an item has been damaged, including if the buyer has written in the book, no refund is available.

If a buyer received free access to online materials with the purchase of a book, a book refund may cause the online access to end. See the section on online materials below for more details.

 

The purchase price of the book (and tax) is refundable. Shipping and return-shipping costs are not. If the buyer purchased a book, or books, using a coupon code, the buyer will be refunded the list price of the returned book(s), minus the amount of the coupon that was applied to the purchase.

Online Materials: If the buyer received free access to the online materials with the purchase of the book, the access will be cancelled if the book is refunded.

If the buyer received a discounted price for the online materials with the purchase of a book, a book refund will cause the online access to end. A buyer may receive a refund for the discounted price of the online materials if the buyer requests the refund (1) within 21 days of purchase and (2) without having completed more than 20% of the online materials.

If the buyer purchased the online materials separately (not as part of a book purchase), the buyer must email (accounts@armouracademic.com) to cancel the online materials and request a refund. To receive a refund, the buyer must request the refund (1) within 21 days of purchasing the online materials and (2) without having completed more than 20% of the online materials.
