To receive a refund for any item, the purchaser must return the item (postmarked) within 21 days of the purchase date, with a copy of the order confirmation (emailed to you when the purchase was completed) included with the book. If an item has been damaged by the buyer, including if the buyer has written in the book, no refund is available. The purchase price of the book (and tax) is refundable.
